1.3These terms are to be read with the Privacy Notice (EBF-CSR-POL-02), the Cookie Notice (EBF-CSR-POL-03) and the No-Commitment and Funding Disclaimer (EBF-CSR-POL-04), which also apply to your use of the portal.
2Purpose of the portal
2.1The portal presents the Corporate Social Responsibility framework of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd: its three pillars, its twelve cause areas, the requirements for partner organisations, the register of approved NGO partners, and the means by which an eligible organisation may apply or contact the CSR team.
2.2The content of the portal is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
3Your use of the portal
3.1You may view, download and print pages of the portal for your own information and for the internal purposes of your organisation, provided that you do not alter the content and that you keep any notice of ownership.
3.2When you submit an application or a message through the portal, you confirm that:
- the information you give is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
- you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the organisation you name;
- any document or image you upload is genuine and you have the right to share it with us;
- you will tell us promptly if any material information changes while your application is under review.
3.3False or misleading information is grounds for declining an application or ending a partnership, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
4Acceptable use
4.1You must not use the portal:
- in any way that breaches an applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery law;
- to impersonate any person or organisation, or to misrepresent your connection with Eurabelt;
- to upload material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing, or that contains malicious code;

- to interfere with the operation of the portal, including by automated scraping, load testing or denial-of-service activity;
- to send unsolicited commercial communications.
4.2We may suspend or restrict access to the portal, or remove any submission, where we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached.
5Intellectual property, the Eurabelt name and the emblem
5.1The portal and its content, including its text, artwork, design, the arrangement of the CSR framework and its software, are owned by or licensed to Eurabelt Fuels Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
5.2The name Eurabelt, the name Eurabelt Fuels and the seal of the Eurabelt Custodial Order identify Eurabelt Fuels Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants any right to use them. They may be used only with the prior written permission of Eurabelt, and approved partners may use them only as set out in the policy on Use of the Eurabelt Name and Emblem by Partners (EBF-CSR-POL-12).
5.3The UN Sustainable Development Goals are referred to on the portal for information only. Their use does not imply endorsement of Eurabelt or of its framework by the United Nations.
6Other Eurabelt sites and third-party sites
6.1The portal links to other sites of Eurabelt, including eurabeltfuels.uk, the master site of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, and stats.eurabeltfuels.com. Each of those sites is governed by its own terms and notices, which apply when you use it.
6.2Where the portal links to sites operated by others, such as government registers and the United Nations, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
6.3You may link to any public page of the portal, provided that you do so fairly and lawfully and that you do not suggest any association, approval or endorsement on our part that does not exist.
7Availability and no warranty
7.1We aim to keep the portal available and its content accurate and current. The portal is nevertheless provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we give no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the portal will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that its content is complete or up to date, or that it is free from viruses or other harmful components.
7.2We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the portal at any time without notice.
8Limitation of liability
8.1Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
8.2Subject to that, we shall not be liable to any user, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the portal, or reliance on any of its content. In particular, we shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
8.3Applying to the framework, or using the portal in any other way, creates no commitment on the part of Eurabelt, as set out in EBF-CSR-POL-04.
