1Our aim

1.1Eurabelt Fuels Ltd wants everyone to be able to use csr.eurabeltfuels.com (the “portal”), including people who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, magnification or other adaptations.

1.2We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.

2Measures we have taken

2.1In designing and building the portal we have:

  • used semantic HTML, with one main heading on each page, a logical heading order, landmarks and labelled navigation;
  • provided a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page;
  • made every link, button, menu and form control usable with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
  • chosen text and background colours to meet the AA contrast ratios;
  • given meaningful text alternatives to informative images and artwork, and hidden purely decorative images and animations from assistive technology;
  • labelled every form field, explained what each field requires, and given error messages in text rather than by colour alone;
  • designed pages to reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged, without horizontal scrolling;
  • respected the “reduce motion” setting of the operating system, which stops decorative animation;
  • kept documents such as these policies as web pages that can be read by screen readers and printed in a clean format.

3Known limitations

3.1We know that some parts of the portal may not yet be fully accessible:

  • The animated scenes behind page headings are decorative. They are hidden from assistive technology and stop when “reduce motion” is set, but they may still distract some users who have not set it.
  • The registration strip at the top of each page scrolls continuously. It stops when “reduce motion” is set.
  • Logos, profiles and documents supplied by partner organisations may not meet the same standard as the rest of the portal.
  • Linked sites operated by others, such as government registers, are not covered by this statement.

3.2We are working to remove these limitations and we review the portal against WCAG 2.2 whenever it changes significantly.

4Requesting another format

4.1If you need information from the portal in a different format — for example large print, plain text, a document that works with your screen reader, or a conversation by telephone or video — or if you need help to complete the application form, please write to csr@eurabeltfuels.com. Tell us what you need and how to reach you.

4.2We aim to reply within ten working days.

5Reporting a problem

5.1If you find a barrier on the portal that is not listed here, or if you think we are not meeting the standard, please tell us at csr@eurabeltfuels.com. Please include the address of the page and a short description of the problem. Your report helps us to improve.

6Preparation of this statement

6.1This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026, on the basis of a review of the portal carried out by Eurabelt. It will be reviewed by October 2027 or sooner if the portal changes significantly.
